The Housing and Asset Directorate is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work on the reception at the Brook Street Office, Sutton.
Duties will include dealing with queries both face-to-face and over the telephone. This post demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will need experience of working with the public in a busy customer service/call handling environment.
It is essential for the successful candidate to have a good level of English and Maths along with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
