This is a new a post, offered as a two year fixed term opportunity to support the delivery on some of our exciting Digital First projects. As a Change Management Officer based within Programme, Projects, Customer Feedback & Improvement Service you’ll be at the heart of the change and play a key role in managing major change initiatives across a number digital projects. Therefore we’re looking for a proactive and positive team player, someone with a real passion for improving services to come and be part of our team.

Your role in our journey
As a Change Management Officer you’ll provide strong leadership to support significant change and improvement programmes across our organisation. You’ll effectively manage change to bridge the gap between change projects and programmes to ensure this is embraced across a host of services. Crucially, you will develop close working relationships with key stakeholders to actively facilitate participation and influence work to support improvement, whilst demonstrating the positive impact change can have in driving transformation in a planned and seamless way.
What you’ll need
To join us, you’ll need a level 6 qualification and have experience of managing effective change & transformation, using change management principles.
