The successful post holder will assist the Environmental Services Manager to fulfil duties such as risk assessments, monitoring of accident statistics, development of training needs and delivery of training to frontline and other staff through toolbox talks and other media channels.
Other duties will include assisting in the updating of the Council’s Emergency Plan and the maintenance of records such as training, DSE assessments, driver licences, vehicles and fire evacuation tests.
The post holder will be a member of the Council’s Risk Management Working Group and the Joint Pendle and Liberata Health and Safety team.
