This is an exciting time to be joining Cityclean as we create a new Commercial Team to run our commercial services.
We are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic team to enable our trade waste, garden waste and events (plus future enterprises) to become truly competitive.
This role will work alongside the Business Development Manager, Sales & Marketing Officer and Finance & Administration Officer to provide excellent customer service to our existing customers across the city, whilst growing our market share and range of services.

As Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the trade waste and garden waste services.
This will include:
• ensuring planned, quality, efficient and safe services are provided
• maintaining communication with crews as services are delivered
• providing excellent customer experience and working with frontline crews to continuously improve this
• leading and motivating frontline crews
You will assist in developing the commercial services offered by Cityclean, advising on the operational element of service delivery.
The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and permanent.
