Legal Support Assistant (Legal Services People)

You will be required to provide administrative assistance and support to the Legal Services team including the following responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Preparing/copying/dispatching court bundles and other court papers
  • Assisting with the administration of the case management system
  • Taking incoming phone calls and messages
  • Paying bills and ordering stationery
  • Booking courses and arranging travel warrants
  • Updating loose-leaf legal text books

You will have previous experience of providing administrative support, ideally in a legal setting, and have excellent ICT skills.

Essential qualifications

Educated to GCSE "C" grade in English and Maths or equivalent or relevant previous experience
