We are currently seeking a confident and highly self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Digital and Customer Experience Officer
The London Borough of Camden wants to ensure its citizens are at the heart of service design and delivery. To do this we need to analyse our data, engage and co-design with our residents, businesses and visitors to the borough and understand our customer’s end-to-end experience.
Extensive research has shown us that our citizens expect a better digital experience; the ability to do what they need to online at a time that suits them is paramount.
Our ambition is to build better solutions for citizens and to support our staff, using new technologies to enable an excellent customer experience helping make Camden a great place to visit, live and work in.
You will have experience of user-centred service design, user testing, content management systems and content strategy. Experience of UX/UI and basic HTML is preferable but not essential. Known for your excellent stakeholder management, and strong communication skills, you will also be able to build rapport with, and influence, officers at all levels, including external partners to deliver positive results.
Your passion and curiosity for understanding what people need from an organisation will be your driving force and be evident in your past experience. You will also have experience of obtaining evidence-based, actionable insights by using a range of insight mechanisms.
Project management should be second nature to you, preferably with an understanding of agile methodology, you will be able to evidence projects where you have demonstrated real change, which have improved the experience for customers.
