Are you passionate about working with people to make key life style changes to improve their health and wellbeing?  We’re looking for a highly motivated health professional to join our Health Improvement and One You Team in Tunbridge Wells.  We form part of an innovative West Kent Health Improvement partnership with Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling Borough Councils and KCC to deliver the Kent One You health service in the Tunbridge Wells district.

The successful candidate will carry out one to one health and wellbeing assessments, deliver weight management, physical activity and healthy eating programmes.  You will also deliver brief interventions on smoking cessation and alcohol intake.  Participation in community and other One You promotional events will form key areas of work.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues within the council, voluntary, community and health sectors to ensure that the customer is at the centre of a holistic approach to their health needs. 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an up-to-date knowledge of relevant health and wellbeing interventions. 

This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
