An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of a new way of delivering housing services to Ealing Council tenants and leaseholders. Ealing Council's Resident Services department is responsible for managing 17,000 council homes and is creating 6 local based housing hubs where staff will provide a generic holistic housing service to residents; tailoring that service to meet the individual needs of the customer. As a Neighbourhood Manager, you be responsible for leading two of these housing hubs, shaping services offered to residents to ensure the hubs meet the varying needs of the community.
We are looking for a committed and performance driven individual with a proven track record in housing management including experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively, supportively and effectively with other Neighbourhood Managers, council departments and external agencies maximising the opportunities around enhanced partnership working and co-location of services. Motivating and supporting staff is also key to this role to ensure the hubs combine efficiency with a first-class customer focussed service.
