Trainee Highways Officer

These have been designed to give you a structured, supported, approach to developing your skills, knowledge and experience within Highways.
Your new role:
Working alongside the Highways Development Management Team you will learn and develop skills in this key area. With the training and experience provided, you will find your greatness and progress within this profession.
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and highly motivated candidates, willing to learn and develop new skills, and interested in pursuing a career in Highways Development Management. You don’t have to have any work experience or a formal specialist qualification as we will fully support you in training and development.
To apply you will have a minimum of 4 GCSE’s at Grade C or above including Maths, English Language and a Physical Science or equivalent, hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car as travel is essential.
