SEND Caseworker
An SEN Caseworker is required to work within the Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Team.
The team is responsible for ensuring that the LA’s statutory responsibilities towards individual children and young people with SEND are met.
We are a busy team and deal with sensitive, and at times, difficult decisions. The successful candidate will need to have excellent administrative skills, including ICT skills, organisational and interpersonal skills, have experience of related work within a public service or similar.
This post is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitations of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
