Main Grade: £28,221 to £30,755 + recruitment & retention package of £5000 over 6 years.

 

Higher Grade: £34,105 - £38,052 p.a.

 

Hours per week - 37 or 18.5 hours per week permanent

Plus 37 or 18.5 hours per week temporary/secondment opportunity to cover maternity

We are seeking qualified and suitably experienced Social Workers to join our Fostering Service. This is an ideal opportunity to develop specialist knowledge within the fostering sector. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to really make a difference.

We currently have opportunities for social workers across the fostering service in the

  • recruitment and assessment of mainstream foster carers
  • assessment of 'connected persons' as both foster carers and Special Guardians
  • support and supervision of mainstream and 'connected person' foster carers
