Following our recent success in recruiting several new teachers due to expansion, we are looking for our final person to join our teaching team for a September start.
Old Clee Primary Academy wants the very best for its pupils and its staff - seeing this as a core, fundamental value in achieving success across all areas of school life.
This has led us to be creative in trying to reduce our class size down to no more 22-23 pupils, in certain areas of the school. To do this we are undertaking an ambitious building extension plan, creating extra classes so that a year group of up to 90 children are taught by a team of 4 teachers and not the current 3.
We are pleased to announce that Phase one is now complete, and we are expected to have finished phase two by the end of the summer.
We have also implemented a dynamic and outstanding approach and delivery to our curriculum which takes account of new research and embodies a full and varied approach, where teachers are freed up to concentrate on what matters to them most – making a difference!
This is both a unique and an exciting time to join us on the next stage in our journey. If you want to be part of our transformational teams, then we look forward to hearing from you. We are also able to offer a flexible start date: after Easter or for a September start.
Applications will be very well received from both NQTs and experienced teachers alike. As a large school, the opportunities we can create are wide and varied and so we are always keen to hear from those aspiring to take their first steps into any form of leadership. We are a forward thinking school and succession planning is a high priority for us. In addition, applications will be well received from NQTs and we can offer a full and extensive NQT package, having our own Training Room, a highly experienced senior leadership team, and high expertise amongst our staff.
So, if you are interested, we would love to welcome you into our school and show you exactly what we have to offer and so visits are highly recommended.
If you are interested in coming to join us please state which key stage/Year group your strength is in and what you can offer us, and what you may be looking for.
This advert will run over several weeks and applications will be viewed on a rolling programme, with interviews being called in the same manner.
Visits to the school are warmly encouraged. Please contact Caroline Graham, School Business Manager on 01472 691887 for an appointment.
For an informal chat, please contact the Head Teacher, Mrs Tracey Roberts on 01472 691887.
Please send completed application forms to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect the same commitment from all staff and volunteers
