ICT Services are seeking individuals who can display technical competency in the areas of supporting the use of the council’s integrated children’s management information system.
Based in the Synergy Support/Information Governance Team this post will be focused upon supporting the use of the System and its users.
You must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and must be logical and consistent in your problem solving approach.
The service strives to provide a high quality and responsive ICT service to support the Councils front line staff across all Directorates and Schools and therefore you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to respond to and resolve customer needs.
Previous experience in a ICT environment/Office is advantageous but not essential.
