Term time only 37 hours per week
Milton School is part of Interaction and Communication Academy Trust (ICAT) and is an outstanding special school for pupils with ASD and complex learning difficulties, aged 5-16. OFSTED 2011 describes Milton as an ‘amazing school.’
The main purpose of the job is to support the administration in our busy school office. This will include but not be limited to; placing orders using PS Financial system; updating and maintaining RM Integris database with pupil information; keeping the school inventory updated; showing visitors and potential parents around the school, updating the school’s electronic diary. Two of the days you will be on reception where you will ensure security protocols are communicated to and understood by all visitors at the school.
You should be able to work in a busy office environment and be adaptable to changing priorities as well as an ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to play an active part in the wider school community.
The school has two sites and you will be expected to work at either site as required.
Visits to school are welcomed and encouraged.
