The purpose of this role is to scope, manage and deliver Estates Management Project.
Estates Management Project is part of a 3 year Housing All Under One Roof Programme that will result in a significant change in the way housing services are delivered to customers, with a new and improved customer experience underpinned by streamlined business processes.
The role involves leading and managing project which will implement the new Estates Management Strategy and change the way people in the Housing and Repairs services work.
This will involve working closely with managers and business leads and across departmental boundaries, developing strong relationships with services across the council and potentially with external organisations.
This is one of the key roles aiding successfull transformation of housing services. Ideal candidate will be a positive, energetic and innovative individual with strong inter-personal skills and a track record of successful project delivery in Estate Management.
This is a one 12 months post and the successful applicant will report to the Repairs Service Delivery Manager and Tenancy and Income Manager.
