We are looking for an individual to support the Customer Support Repairs Team. The role will primarily involve using system based procedures and controls to support the allocation of works to operatives and/or contractors.
The job holder will need to proactively contact tenants to clarify work requirements for all works requests raised. They will also have to arrange appointments regarding the completion of the works with both operatives and tenants to ensure all calls are followed through to completion.
You will also be responsible for limiting the number of aborted calls (non-completed works) which will involve using a given level of problem solving and decision making skills. This will involve in-directly ‘managing’ the work of the operatives and contractors to ensure the right skilling and timescales are allocated to each works order.
To be successful in this role you will need to be flexible, have good organisatonal skills and the ability to communicate well on all levels.
You should have GSCE or equivalent in English Language or Maths and good keyboard skills and competent in the use of a variety of IT packages.
