Starting salary - £18,672 pa progressing to £19,819 pa
37 hours per week, fixed term contract (ends July 2019)
We are looking for an individual to join the Customer Services, School Appeals Team.
The Appeals Team is busy all year round, but particularly during the Summer term, processing appeals from parents against the refusal of a place at their preferred school(s).
The role requires a highly organised person with an eye for detail and able to work under pressure.
A mixture of both team and independent working is required as the post holder will support Senior Officer with their workload as well as managing their own. Therefore, the ability to prioritise work in order to meet statutory timescales is essential.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, have good IT, verbal, written and interpersonal skills and have previous experience of meeting deadlines.
