You will manage the Mayor's dairy, monitor and respond to correspondence, support the Mayor in their civic and public engagement roles, maintain office systems and processes, and facilitate effective working relationships between the Mayor, Cabinet Members, Councillors, council departments, MPs, external partners, the voluntary and community sector and residents.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a highly organised PA to join the small team providing support to the Mayor of Lewisham. In return, we’ll offer excellent development opportunities, plus a range of benefits that include a career average pension scheme, flexible working and the opportunity to make a real difference to our local community.
