Advert introductionWe are looking for an individual who has a positive and hardworking attitude to join our team in the Performance & Safeguarding Unit, Families, Children and Learning Directorate.
Main advert detailWorking alongside our Performance Analysts, your main role is to process and manage data relating to Children’s Social Work, and to support other staff to improve the quality and consistency of recording used for this.
You will use a number of information systems to record and report on a wide range of information about families and young people across the city, including Microsoft Excel, our social care system Carefirst, and other proprietary systems. You will also provide guidance and instruction to help embed new recording practices within our Social Work teams.
