An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Specialist Team. This team ensures that the Council provides customer focused services, maintains training levels across the Council and provides experienced advice. Our busy team needs your enthusiasm and drive to help us deliver for our residents and make our services as efficient and effective as possible. If you feel you could offer what we need and you have experience of maximising income and supporting our business customers this could be the right role for you.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and best practice in relation to the charging and recovery of the councils revenue income streams and supporting our business customers. You will take ownership of complex cases, as well as supporting and developing case workers, our locality team and our customer advisors.
This appointment is at grade M4 and therefore applicants must demonstrate that they meet the criteria of the role at M4 level as described in the Role Specification.
