About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Hillingdon Adult and Community Learning in our progression from Good to Outstanding.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the role of a Learner Engagement Officer. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic people person, able to prioritise their workload and work on their own initiative.
The post holder will work directly and enthusiastically with learners and community groups to maximise successful enrolments while meeting local and national priorities. He/she will ensure robust, accurate and timely information, advice and guidance is provided by the Service to new and existing learners, partners and colleagues and ensure that all learner feedback is systematically collected and put to constructive use for the improvement of overall service provision. A full, clean Driving License and use of own vehicle at all times is essential for the role.
About the person
Ideally you will have experience or knowledge of learning as an adult and you may have experience of working in a marketing or sales role, and be able to meet deadlines.
