The Housing Management service at The Barnet Group works on the frontline of tenancy management in Barnet and provides housing advice and community support to 15,000 properties.
The Barnet Group are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join their Housing Management Trainee Scheme. The role will enable you to provide the highest quality advice and assistance to Barnet Homes residents on a range of neighbourhood and tenancy issues.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with residents in how Barnet Homes and local communities can work together to improve their neighbourhoods. This includes working with and supporting local resident associations and gardening clubs as well as encouraging and supporting local individuals and groups to apply for funding to run their own community projects

What we are looking for:
*Good communication skills how will give clear and concise advice to customers
*Good listeners who will be empathetic when helping customers facing challenging personal circumstances
*Quick learners who will be motivated to take ownership of their workload and think innovatively to find solutions for their customers' needs
*Good analytical skills and an ability to understand, develop and implement service improvements
*Knowledge of the housing sector or housing law is desired but not essential
