In this role, you'll develop and lead employee engagement strategies to support the successful delivery of major programmes. You will ensure we have high-quality and innovative employee engagement plans and material which builds a strong and coherent narrative of change. You will deliver high-quality events and undertake direct engagement activities with employees and stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who can bring fresh, new and innovative ways to engage with employees, and ensure employees have a 'voice' within the organisation.
You'll need to be qualified in a communications related subject and have experience working in an internal Communications/Engagement role. You will need a track record of driving and working in partnership with leaders and managers to implement change initiative. Your experience should include designing and delivering employee engagement activities and managing events. Above all you will be determined to improve the way we engage with our employees to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
