The Waste Management Section at Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council is looking for a highly motivated and competent person to assist in the delivery of the Council’s Waste Management Services.
The successful applicant will assist the Waste Management Team Leader in delivering all aspects of waste collection services ensuring the best possible standards of service are achieved across the Borough.
You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to motivate others to achieve their maximum potential.
Working in this key front line service you will have previous supervisory experience, a good understanding and practical knowledge of Health and Safety related policies and procedures, vehicle operations and customer service. You will hold an LGV class 2 licence; and be physically capable of meeting the demands of the job as specified in the job description and person specification.
