ARC Services provides therapeutic support and intervention programmes to traumatised children (covering a range of ages) and their caregivers. We are currently looking for an ARC Worker to join our team.  Applicants should have good insight into children’s needs; excellent communication and assessment skills; be therapeutically minded and able to engage with and constructively challenge children and adults. We are looking for people who are creative, flexible and have a good understanding of how trauma affects children’s attachments and behaviours; you will need to be a driver with use of a vehicle for work and be able to work some evenings and weekends (min 10%) with the families you support and within ARC services Families Together and Short Breaks services.  In return you will get good support and training; clinical supervision and great job satisfaction.
