This is an exciting opportunity to join us and manage our busy Planning Registration Team. You would manage a team of seven people whose responsibilities range from validating and processing planning applications, appeal administration, support with Committee preparation and generally supporting Planning and Tree Officers.
The successful candidate must be motivated and enthusiastic about managing people and performance. This team is crucial and highly valued part of the planning process. Previous experience working with technical data and managing people would be highly advantageous. Computer skills, experience with databases and word and excel are essential. The role includes liaison with members of the public and professional bodies, therefore you must be able to demonstrate high levels of verbal and written skills. You must also be a positive team player, we look forward to hearing from you.
