Reading Sport & Leisure are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working and friendly people to work in our Leisure Centres.

Leisure Attendants ensure customer safety and enjoyment whilst using our facilities.

You will be a highly motivated and passionate individual, who is able to take individual responsibility for ensuring your work is of a high standard as well as working within a busy team.

In addition to the role of supervision of the swimming pool, you will also be required to undertake general leisure attendant duties, which will include setting up equipment and cleaning of public areas.

The ideal candidate will already hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), or possess the ability to pass this qualification with training provided.
