Inclusive salary from £43,401 up to £47,163 per year + car allowance
plus up to 18.5% employer pension contribution

As a member of the Commercial Programme team within our Commercial and Development department, you will project manage a range of technically complex high value property new build and refurbishment projects. We are looking for a talented individuals with strong commercial acumen, performance management and leadership skills to join our team.
You will have demonstrable expertise in managing stakeholder engagement, contractor procurement/delivery and ensure the success of our construction project(s).
MRICS qualified or with a Project Management qualification, you will have significant experience of developing pre-acquisition feasibility studies, developing schemes to achieve a successful planning application and managing the contractor build programmes.
