As a Trainee Building Control Assistant working within the built environment, you should have a desire to develop a career within the Building Control arena. This post will give you an excellent starting platform to build on this desire.
You must be educated to NVQ level 3 with 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics. A basic awareness of main legislation relating to the building industry is essential for this post.
Experience of working in an office environment, you must have good interpersonal skills and be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office Suite together with an aptitude for using various software packages. A commitment to excellent customer services, a flexible approach to work together with the ability to work to very strict deadlines is essential for this role.
