Main advert detail
As an Estates Response Operative you will be required to drive an estates service vehicle and provide a service maintaining the hard surfaces across housing land which includes weeding, removing moss, trimming back shrubs, graffiti removal and jet washing. You will also be required to carry out PAT testing on electrical equipment in council senior housing schemes and housing offices.
You will also be required to carry out cleaning tasks in communal areas when required.
