The Revenues and Benefits Service here at Craven is proud of the service we provide.  We have a good record in administering local taxes and ensuring that additional support in the form of housing benefit and council tax reductions is applied where needed.

We are looking for a team leader to join our busy team.  If you have at least 3 years experience of working in revenues or benefits and demonstrable experience of supervising a team and organising its workload this could be the opportunity for you.  Ideally you will be enthusiastic, adaptable and an excellent motivator, relishing a challenge and keen to make a difference.

Knowledge of benefits or local taxation regulations is essential and experience of Northgate systems will be an advantage although training will be provided.
