Hornbeam Academy Trust is looking to recruit a Governance Manager to lead on the annual governance planner in conjunction with the chair of the Trust Board and the CEO. You will be responsible for the organisation, clerking and preparation of the Trust Board, Committees, and Local Governing Body Meetings. You will need to hold a strong understanding of the Hornbeam Academy Trust code of conduct for Governors, and continually identify areas for improvement within the Trusts governance frame work.
Hornbeam Academy Trust is a Multi Academy Trust of 3 Special Schools (on 4 sites) in East London. It is made up of Hornbeam Academy (in Waltham Forest) and Dycorts School and Ravensbourne School (in Havering).
Pupils range in age across the sites from 2-19.
Please note you are required to work across all 4 sites in the Trust.
