A one-off opportunity has arisen due to a newly created post that will see the successful postholder provide critical support to the delivery of the Council’s targets for sickness absence as part of a wider corporate savings and improvement project. It is an exciting opportunity to make long-lasting change within the organisation that will widely benefit the workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in successful support and delivery of projects and/or HR, preferably within public sector / local government. We are seeking a confident and capable individual who is able to work well on their own initiative and quickly establish solid working relationships with key stakeholders.
The role is a fixed term opportunity for a 6 month period.
