Youth Justice Victims Worker

Enfield Youth Offending Unit (YOU) is a partnership aiming for excellence and we are currently recruiting a Victims and Restorative Justice Support Worker to support the role of the Victims and Restorative Justice Senior. We are looking for a committed and highly motivated person with a high level of enthusiasm and creativity. We are a multi-disciplinary service and are looking for the right person to help us to continue to deliver a high-quality service.
This is a full-time post (36-hour week) the work of the Youth Offending Unit (YOU) and undertake all duties associated with victims and restorative justice work, including project and group work. You will be expected to keep records of your work with victims and our service users’ engagement. You will also be experienced in or have an understanding of working with victims of crime / child protection / safeguarding children and will be expected to report any concerns when working with our young people.
These posts will require a commitment to working weekends and unsocial hours as and when required. Working between 8:00-20:00
We work in a fast-paced high pressured environment with a very supportive team and welcome anyone who believes that they possess the attributes for this role.
