We currently have 4 community centres based within the local authority area of Woking and are seeking a Caretaker to join our site at Moorcroft (Westfield).

Moorcroft is a former school building in Westfield, open daily for groups and people of all ages to use.

Please note, this is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

You will assist the Operations Managers and staff to facilitate the day to day running of the centres. Your responsibilities will includeYour responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the centre is well presented and clean at all times.
  • Providing basic DIY, building maintenance and basic gardening as required.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the Centre’s Meeting rooms for various functions.
  • Cover annual leave and sickness across all the centres.

The job involves contact with vulnerable adults. Successful applicants will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
