This is a rewarding and varied administrative role in which you will be providing high quality administrative support for managers and workers in Children’s Services (Social Care and Early Help). Your duties will include attending and taking minutes at meetings and panels, ensuring statutory deadlines are met, maintaining records and databases and supporting the team managers with recruitment processes.
You should have excellent administrative skills, matched with strong customer care skills and have knowledge and experience of data inputting (full training given on bespoke databases).
You should also have excellent minute taking skills, a good eye for detail, excellent time management skills and be able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities.
You will be given training and support in all aspects of the role.
