Human Resource Officer Salary from £32,970 to £35,532 pa

We are therefore looking for a Human Resource Officer to deliver a full spectrum of HR services across the organisation, specifically providing advice on employment relations issues to managers and staff.
You will be an experienced HR professional, qualified or working towards MCIPD level (or equivalent), you will have proven experience in dealing with a range of complex employment relations matters such as disciplinary, capability, grievances and restructures. You will also have solid up to date employment law knowledge and practical experience of its application. You will have developed positive, commercially focused relationships with your customer base and be a flexible team player. Ideally you will have some experience in working within the public sector or a unionised environment.
