Full Time Hours, Permanent Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join the Building Management team. The team is responsible for the delivery of the County Council’s capital building programme within the Property Service.
The Project Office supports the Building Management team and facilitates aspects of programme delivery including project tracking, financial recording, document management and production of management information.
We need a skilled business administrator with knowledge of construction projects to oversee the Project Office and ensure that our communication, business processes and project initiation and closure are as efficient as possible.
The successful applicant will line manage two Project Officers and direct the team’s day-to-day business interaction with schools and internal clients, as well as external suppliers. The postholder will need to be a competent Excel user in order to support Programme Managers by providing business intelligence and reporting. They will also lead the implementation of a new project management database, working with a number of internal stakeholders.
