This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems and Development Officer to join a forward thinking team with a strong focus on excellent service to our customers. We have recently positively reshaped the service and this exciting and challenging role has been created to provide professional systems support to the team.

We are looking for a Systems and Development Officer who is able to work collaboratively with key partners, engage with our customers and develop the use of our Systems and in doing so develop colleagues.
About the team
You will be joining a small friendly team in an organisation which is a great place to work with clear ambitions and a strong ethos of team work and collaboration. You will also be working in a very fast service providing first class customer service to our customers.
You will have an excellent working knowledge of Academy Council Tax, Business Rates and Business Improvement District software.
Experience of using a document management system.
You will be a problem solver with an interest exploring new IT solutions and technologies to deliver value for money within the revenues service.
Ability to effectively organise, plan and prioritise own work to meet required deadlines and also work as a member of a small team when needed.
Have the ability to produce and analyse reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrable knowledge and professional interest in the core services of the role.
