As a Unitary Council the Council operates an exceptional variety of premises including commercial property, farms, leisure centres and schools. Corporate Landlord is a single, integrated service area responsible for full operational and strategic facilities management.
You will need to be NEBOSH qualified person with a strong eye for detail ensuring all compliance data meets our high standards. Your main focus will be to support our School and Corporate Buildings to ensure they are fully compliant.It is important that the successful applicant is customer focused and able to positively promote good health & safety practice to deliver the appropriate level of support. A team player, with the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels both within CBC, good interpersonal skills are a must.
