Senior Practitioner – Family Support Team

Salary from £33,108 - £39,543 per annum (+ up to £13,000 Market Factor Payment*)

The Family Support team is looking to recruit have vacancies for experienced qualified Social Workers. This front line service provides, support, practical advice and interventions and strategies to support families in Thurrock. Children’s health and well-being are at the fore-front of our team’s ethos.

There are five local teams who coordinate help for families when they are experiencing a range of matters that are impacting on their family wellbeing. This service acts as a gateway to access appropriate support following in-depth assessments have been carried out.

As a Senior Practitioner in FST, you will have at least 3 years post qualification experience in a relevant sector, excellent communication skills and proven track record of working on complex cases.
