Customer Finance provides and essential, high profile and customer focussed service to ensure that some of the most vulnerable people in Central Bedfordshire are supported to live as independently as possible. This is your chance to play a key position in this work.
You will lead and manage the team with responsibility for Adult Social Care Customer Finance including: financial assessments, money management, car badge administration, Macmillan welfare rights and invoicing of care services. With your in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of adult social care customer finance work you will provide specialist professional advice to Finance and Adult Social Care on matters relating to the Customer Finance functions and lead an extensive and varied team in providing excellent services to our customers. An outcome focussed and energetic approach to work and an insistence upon high standards are also essential to provide the customer focus that is required.
You will need to demonstrate how you meet the relevant experience and skills, abilities and behaviours of the role.
