The role will be working with the Coordinator, Development Officer, Team Manager and administrators to ensure that all the staff are recruited and trained to a high standard.  You will also be responsible for ensuring that the existing teams are supported with arranging for Bank staff to cover annual leave/sickness in the services as necessary.  You will support and assist the staff with all aspects of their work.

Ongoing training is provided and certain courses are mandatory.  Our core values include individuality, independence, choice, dignity, respect, rights, confidentiality and fulfilment, which guarantees residents receive a high standard and quality service.

The type of person who will be suitable for this role will need patience, understanding, commitment and flexibility.
