Provider Services within Adults, Housing & Health Directorate of Thurrock Council provides services to Vulnerable Adults within the borough in their accommodation. We have set up an internal Bank of staff to contribute to the existing Care teams that work within Provider Services working with clients across the Borough. The departments provide care to the clients as per their assessed needs and at the times the care is required. We are looking for an Administrator to work within the team supporting the Coordinator with arranging inductions, payroll and necessary documentation required.
The role will be working with the Coordinator, Development Officer, Team Manager and administrators to ensure that all the staff are recruited and trained to a high standard. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the existing teams are supported with arranging for Bank staff to cover annual leave/sickness in the services as necessary. You will support and assist the staff with all aspects of their work.
