We are looking for confident, motivated and approachable lifestyle advisors to help support individual clients to make lifestyle changes to improve their health and reduce the risk of disease. Providing adults with individualised programmes, advice and support in areas of exercise prescription & weight management.
You will be working closely with a variety of health professionals to target adults in special population groups such as cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation and more.
Successful applicants will have a recognised Level 3 GP referral qualification and a willingness to undertake a recognised Level 4 exercise qualification such as BACPR.
