An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced dynamic individuals to work in the Integrated Team for Families. We are looking for people from diverse professional and organisational backgrounds e.g. social care, education, health, and community and voluntary sector projects. The post holder will play a key role in Brighton and Hove’s local Troubled Families programme, providing support to primary school aged children and their families. We are looking to recruit three Family Coaches to work directly with families, alongside schools and other organisations, particularly mental health services, providing holistic packages of support that will make a difference to their lives, including improving educational and health outcomes.

We welcome applications from all sections of the community but particularly encourage applicants from a BME or White Other background as well as those who identify as disabled, LGB, male or trans as these groups are currently under-represented in our Directorate workforce.
