The Asset Management team are looking for a part time team member to join our busy team to work on a varied case load within Halton.
The Council is seeking to appoint a principal surveyor to provide guidance and support in the provision of professional advice on valuation, major redevelopment and regeneration projects and asset management activities for the Council.
Reporting to the Asset and Valuation Manager you will have practical knowledge and experience of assisting in the implementation of successful programmes of large quantity and high value acquisitions and disposals and associated estate management issues
You will have an understanding of Strategic Asset Management, asset valuations showing a commitment to quality and best value, being outcome focussed.
You will have good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary way.
You will hold corporate membership of the RICS
