As part of a dedicated school improvement service, the team provides top quality HR services on a traded basis to empower schools to achieve the very best possible outcomes for our pupils through effective people management. We’re continuing to grow in a competitive market and you will shape the future direction of the service to ensure our position as the provider of choice is secure.
You will need to understand the complexities of working with schools, and have the ability to strategically plan and deliver excellence under pressure. Able to successfully build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, governors and other professional networks, you will visit schools around the borough on a regular basis to ensure their needs are being met. Additional salary details
This role attract a cash benefit package to the value of £2,724 per annum.
