Our Reablement Service put residents at the heart of everything we do. Following an accident or illness, sometimes people need a helping hand to get back to everyday life. That’s where our Field Co Ordinators come in. Our goal is to help people to get back on their feet – and regain their independence.
Become a Field Co ordinator, and you’ll find your greatness by supervising our team of Community Reablement Workers as they care for those who need it most. You’ll enable them to do their job at the highest standards, arranging training, monitoring their performance, and ensuring procedures are followed, championing best practice.
You’ll demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be a natural carer. You will support your team, and work am and pm shifts on a rota basis to include alternate weekends.
For this role, you need an NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent qualifications and experience), plus a knack for writing reports and co-ordinating people.
