An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an Income Management Team Leader within the Landlord Services team. We are looking for an experienced and innovative person to lead and influence a rental income services team, maximising rental income and minimising rent arrears across our 5,500 council homes. With the continuing effects of universal credit, the challenge has never been greater.
Leading a team of 5 Income Officers, 1 Former Tenants and Garage Arrears Officer and a team of 2 Financial Inclusion Officers and 1 Universal Credit Officer, you will be both customer and business-focused and have the ability to maximise income collection and to inspire your team to deliver excellent performance. You will also bring forward innovative solutions to minimise the effect of Universal Credit on the Council's income stream while supporting tenants to remain in their homes.
Charnwood Borough sits within the three cities of Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. Our offices are located in Loughborough and we cover Loughborough and surrounding villages. There are excellent transport links to Nottingham, Leicester and Derby and are in close proximity to the M1 and excellent direct rail links to London and the north.
