The Recruitment Team is tasked with maintaining The Council’s ever-growing workforce. We play an essential role in enabling the council to provide its services to our residents. As the newest member of the Recruitment Team, you will thrive on providing exceptional customer service, support and guidance to our Hiring Managers. You will be responsible for the successful management of end to end recruitment campaigns, providing expert advice to managers throughout the process; from coaching them in crafting the perfect advert, managing their candidates through the shortlisting and interview process, to issuing offers to the ideal candidate who you helped find. You will join the Recruitment Team at an exciting time, and your input will help directly shape our service of the future. 

It may be you are a seasoned recruitment professional; or maybe, you possess excellent customer service and administrative skills and want to make the move into recruitment.
